check-in was easy. Staff were friendly, checkout was fast. everything was clean
I do not like being out on the first floor or the basement. I asked to be switched and they quickly switched my room.
The staff were exceptional, very courteous, and went out of their way to make our stay exceptional. I've been to other hotels with names that carry a lot of weight and yet the Holiday inn was one of the best experiences I've had at a hotel.
Everything was pretty good room was nice kept n comfortable staff was great with assisting as well
I love everything about this hotel, the staff is always nice and welcoming. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. Bathrooms could be better but good enough.
