The property was very clean and the staff was friendly. We came in for my brother’s funeral service and they allowed us to check in early to accommodate the funeral times. This simple act of kindness really set our minds at ease in a very stressful time.
It’s in a nice area. Close to the college that my love one will be attending

I booked this hotel because we had an early morning flight out of San Jose and I desperately needed to do washing before our next stop on our itinerary. The laundry room was exactly as advertised (only one washing machine in operation though instead of the 2 pictured - the other one probably in for a service). The detergent and tokens were readily available at reception. The beds were extremely comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were disappointing after the excellent meals we had in San Jose during the week. A bonus was the very nice souvenir shop in the lobby to pick up some last minute items - cheaper and easier shopping than the crowded duty free shops at the airport.
