I can't really tell you much cause we only stay one night so it was fine
The check lady was awesome, kind, friendly and helpful. I believe her name was Dee.
I liked the patience the hotel staff gave me for allowing me to fix my bank card issue. The hotel staff saw how frustrated I was trying to get the bank card representative to come to the phone. Before fixing the issue, the hotel staff was very nice to reduce my hotel price. I thought that was very unsual but yet appreciated. Not only that, the staff helped me when needed due to my limited vision. I ordered pizza and requested the hotel staff to bring it up to my room instead of the delivery driver. They honored my request.
The staff here was phenomenal. The rooms were squeaky, clean me, and my family enjoyed the pool.
The black chef with the limp was Awesome. He was very attentive to our needs and made the breakfast experience for me and my family a great one. He is a great asset to your team.
