Vanessa at the desk was very helpful to me when I couldn’t get my TV working
Everything was excellent. Met up with friends for a fun casino night. Hotel staff was amazing. Breakfast was top-notch.. Can't wait to be back in 6 months..
Breakfast was very good.. it was hot and very fresh.
This was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. And the staff was exceptional. The breakfast lady was so nice and helpful. My sister and I enjoyed our conversation with her very much.
Our trip was for New Year’s Eve, and it was a great trip.
The staff was amazing and was quick to help me out. The shuttle drivers were just amazing as well. This was not our first time staying at this hotel. And when we come back to West Virginia, we will stay in this hotel again.
