Everyone was very nice & accommodating. It was new and clean! The pool was beautiful. Breakfast was great with hours until 10am.
The staff was very accommodating! The breakfast buffet was great! It had as nice selection of food, nice variety too!! The room was fully stacked with all the stuff you need to stay there and it was very clean!!
The check in was easy and the attendant was very kind. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was great. We arrived late and tired while traveling, and the greeting was very nice.
I loved everything about it! I am not even a breakfast at hotels person but that too was a pleasant experience. Staff was nice. Security was super friendly and helpful....that experience changed how I view my business trips to NYC...coming back
Good standard hotel breakfast. Fresh half and half would have been nice. An ingredient list of the food items for people with allergies and food sensitivity concerns would be helpful. When asking, staff had no idea of the content of the breakfast sausage, for example, or the ready made egg patties. Premade food often have additives in them, that some folks are allergic to.
