Only downfall for me was no Smart TV for app use such as Netflix, etc.
The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are such a great size. But by far, the best part of this hotel is the staff. From check in to check out, the staff went out of their way to be accommodating. We came on a weekend with terrible weather and had to modify our plans. Not only did they help us cancel one of our nights, the front desk receptionist, Dozie, spoke so kindly and compassionately to everyone she encountered as she was simultaneously helping us. I honestly don’t know if I have ever seen such great staff handle themselves so professionally in such a stressful situation. We will be back to Stillwater and will absolutely stay here.
Breakfast was great and convenient. All the facilities were nice. Staff was wonderful.
Very good breakfast selection. Liked the full size refrigerator in the room .
Just nice overall. Great people and environment. Saw lots of families there. Will definitely come back.
