What I liked the most was the young lady, Sh’koyia that works at the front desk. Every time she saw me she would ask if I need anything. When my neighbors were loud she went down personally and asked them to keep it down and didn’t mention that it was me complaining at all. I’d give her 20 out of 5 stars
