Incredibly helpful, kind and prompt staff. Someone was always available to help with anything that needed assistance. Room was always cleaned beautifully. Parking was easy to do, even with a lot of guests in the hotel. Lots of great local areas to eat, very close to the convention center which is what we wanted.
Yuvi, at the front desk, has made my life so much easier. Everytime I stay here, he makes the check-in process seamless and has gone above and beyond to show me that the hospitality part of the industry isn't dead.
The gentleman who worked the front desk was outstanding and provided exceptional assistance. The overall stay was wonderful, and I cannot recommend this establishment enough. It truly is a fantastic place!
Great central location, easily accessible with lots of parking spots.

The facilities are not really great, but their rates are good. Very reasonable compared to other hotels.
