Leaving Bedding was not clean, the power outlets were very dodgy/sparky/ did not work Rooms, bedding, and bathrooms were not clean Management had no cash available for change while we were paying, so we ended up having to pay extra

Leaving immediately and going to an airbnb. I did not sleep even one night there. No meal service. There were bed bugs in the beds. The linen had blood on them. The pillowes were brown because they probably never wash them. The mattress was covered in plastic wrap to avoid the bed bug problem, but it doesn't work like that. Absolute disgrace. The staff was rude, had an attitude and didn't do anything about the fact that there were bed bugs in the beds.

The cheapest hostels in Milan, but in this website you cannot see the exact price, they are going to charge you more for a few services. The morning after our first night I found little insects in my bed, I guess they fell from the ceiling. They gave us one blanket and it was really cold. If you don’t mind to wake up with little company and cold, and one night, I guess it’s ok. But I wouldn't recommend it.

The kitchen works from 7a.m. We left at 7 and could't even drink coffee. Impossible to cook.There isn't gas stove in the kitchen. Uncomfortable.
