Wonderful location: easy to walk or subway to everywhere we wanted to go as first time Boston visitors. Room clean and quiet with city view. Knowledgeable and approachable staff who helped us plan our city time. Special thanks to staff John, Shirley, and Nate for taking wonderful care of us. They felt like friends by the end of our stay.
It was in the center of everything. The hotel was lovely and well maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Location is fantastic, perfect for accessing everything we wanted to do. The hotel is clean, modern, has a great vibe, and staff is wonderful. We used the fitness room and ate breakfast at the hotel two times. The meal was perfect each time, hot, ample, the coffee great, and service flawless. The concierges were very helpful with meal recommendations, Clarence especially. They recommended Antonios and Cafe Bonjour which were both wonderful. And Beantown Pub next door is great. The complimentary wine at 5 pm was appreciated. Housekeeping was attentive without our asking, and these days where you have to normally beg for it, that was appreciated.
Welcome wine, great location, small but comfortable room, good front desk service
Very friendly personnel, nice bathroom, comfortable beds, a great location--a lot of things were accessible on foot.
