The property was clean, the lobby was nice and clean, they have snacks and things in the lobby that can be bought. I like that beach towels are offered for free, room is nice just small. Late check out was only an additional 25$ to stay until 1pm, which is also nice.
It’s my second time there. The location is perfect for the price . It is very clean. They have cleaning service every day and the staff is very friendly. The free trolley to south beach stops 3 blocks away. They give you bath and beach towels.

Room is spacious , the neighborhood is quiet , walking distance to restaurants , staffs are amazingly friendly , excellent customer service
It is very convenient to the convention center. Also, the area is nice and safe and close to Collins Avenue where there are
many other restaurants about a 10 minute walk away. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
