отсутствие элементарных услуг: минибара, посуды, интернета в номере, питания в отеле.
Номер уютный и тихий. Менеджер отеля владеет русским языком и может дать полезный совет по любому вопросу.
За пять дней пребывания ни разу не меняли постельное белье.
Не зря выбрала этот отель: тихо, уютно, комфортно и недорого ! Завтрак не брала, т.к. привыкла утром пить только сок и кофе с молоком. Но для желающих - рядом небольшое кафе, которое обслуживает клиентов отеля. Персонал внимательный: любезно ответили на все мои вопросы. Цена и качество соответствуют!
Немного далековато от центра, но по московск��м меркам - это ничто: 10-15 минут неспеша !
Хотелось бы,конечно, иметь в номере чайник. Видимо, с этим уже "перебор" !
