Perfect location in a quieter area, near the ferries to the other islands, therefore slightly far away from the main attractions. Excellent breakfast with good selection. Deluxe room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Clean, warm and cosy. We could check in at noon for no extra cost and were upgraded to a bigger room without even asking for it. Staff were genuinely nice and friendly.

From the beginning, despite arriving at 23:00, the staff were very welcoming and helpful. multiples occasions we had requests from the staff and each time our requests were resolved promptly. The location was fantastic! So close to the Ca' d'oro district from which there were lots of great shops nearby. Its just off a large plazza so just quiet enough too! Hotel room was cleaned every day during our 4 night stay which was great. All amenties, showers, toilets were in good order. Had the breakfast too during our stay for the 4 full days. it was not self serve at the time, and a staff member would go through the items available and ask if you want them. Food was great, and the coffee from the machine was really top quality - not like some of the glass jug filter brewer machines you may find elsewhere. Overall very good, and really enjoyed the stay! Would definitely recommend staying here on your visit to Venice.

Венеция - это всегда праздник. А когда приходишь в чистый, уютный отель, с вполне вкусными завтраками, то это еще радует ‘ Мог бы быть немного подешевле (на островке)

Отличное расположение, тишина в номере, хорошее постельное белье, обслуживание очень доброжелательное. Чудесная терраса на крыше - просто фантастика за такие деньги. -

в этот отель больше не вернусь точно все бы ничего. вроде бы и красивый номер, и теплый. НО(!) в номере сильно пахло плесенью, прямо сильно. так и не поняла откуда - из вентиляции или из ванной... и второе - муравьи. это ужасно. они не кусаются, но они везде и это очень неприятно. в этот отель не вернусь.
