The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was close to great restaurants away and the museum.

We were in Seward for two night. The hotel was clean, and the lobby/common areas were updated. The hotel was within walking or driving distance to many restaurants and shops.

Clean and comfortable and good location to downtown. The shuttle driver was exceptional service provider!

Location was the best. Mainly walked everywhere. They sent their van to pick us up at cruise terminal and also took us to train depot nothing

Location of this hotel is fantastic - just across the road and a car park from the water. The view, even from a partial ocean view room, was amazing. The room was a little small and tight but very comfortable. And it included a comfy chair beside the window that I spent a lot of time in enjoying the view!
