Location, easy safe parking , friendly staff , cool lobby area , very comfortable beds , loved the pool party
The staff was very friendly and the location was close to everything we needed. The room was very clean and comfortable.
Great location - approx 14 min walk to Beale Street and two blocks from Peabody Hotel

The location and decor of the hotel were both great. Rooms are stylish, comfortable, and some offer city views.

Breakfast was very good and Makayla was an awesome hostess when we checked in
The staff was exceptional, everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff were very friendly. The location was great, easy to get to Beale St, The Peabody to see the ducks, and local restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is in an older building and they have done a great job preserving some of the vintage feel. The garage is on site and easy to get in and out of.
