It’s nice to come back to a place where you can have a rest after an eventful day in the city Hotel «Hotel Lucia» is located in Vienna. This hotel is located in 4 km from the city center. You can take a walk and explore the neighbourhood area of the hotel — Johnstrasse, Schoenbrunn Palace and Tiergarten Schonbrunn.
At the hotel
You can stop by the bar. It’s time to have a nice meal! Stop by the restaurant. The hotel cafe is a nice place to have a snack. Want to be always on-line? Wi-Fi is available.

The hotel was clean and the air conditioning was a luxury in the summer heat.
The breakfast staff probably didn't speak English, and the customer service seemed a bit rude. I'm sure that wasn't their intention though, and I did get the gluten free bread I asked for.

Уборка хорошо, персонал на ресепшен доброжелательный, всегда готовы помочь, завтрак вкусный, от метро 5 мин.
Номер не удобный , не уютный. Вид из окна на крыши. Район не понравился, от метро не далеко, но идти не приятно. Персонал на завтраке крайне не дружелюбный.
Станция метро, остановка трамвая, остановка автобусов, в доступности 3-5 минут. Это очень обрадовало!
На завтраке есть всегда что выбрать, большой выбор колбас, сыров, фруктов. Были также йогурты и творог. Много холодных напитков, а также хороший выбор кофе из аппаратов!
Номера как на фотографиях… были в конце октября, тепло и уютно. Нет правда холодильника…
Полотенца меняли каждый день! Уборка была хорошей.
Очень приятный персонал, разместили быстро, о правилах доступно объяснили, в последний день проживания оставляли багаж на хранение чтоб успеть погулять ещё по городу!
Хотелось бы в номере холодильник и чайник.
Но нам на 2 дня проживания не сильно это помешало
До отеля легко добраться на метро, буквально 3-4 минуты по прямой от Johnstrasse. Недалеко от отеля находится очень красивая церковь и площадь с фонтаном. Утром особенно приятно пешком пройтись до Шонбруннского дворца и побегать в его тенистом саду.
Номер понравился, все работало, нареканий нет. Понравилось, что номер был на последнем этаже и из окна открывался дивный вид на крыши австрийских домов. Особенно хочется отметить ежедневную уборку, чистоту постельного белья, удобство душевой кабины и кровати.
Отель и номер были чистые всегда.
Персонал отзывчивый. При заезде предложили говорить по-русски, так как владелец знает русский язык. При возникновении просьб (утюг, заказ такси) активно помогали.
