Location to plaza theater and other amenities. Also beautiful building and room was very nice. Staff were also very accommodating.
I like everything but mainly the service and hotel facilities.
We loved our stay! Staff were great, room was clean and spacious. Very comfortable.
What is there not to love about this property from the beautiful furnishings of the lobby, dome bar, and 2nd floor gallery to the extremely cozy bedding with melt into dreams feather pillows.
The hotel was great. It's a historic hotel with charm and style. Room was large and comfortable. Ample food choices and the bar was very nice. The glass dome and suroundings set a perfect mood. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and efficient. The location was convenient as well. A great hotel.
