Идеальное месторасположение. Гостеприимство и профессионализм менеджеров на ресепшн. Потрясающий вид. Чистый просторный номер. Удобная широкая кровать. Вкусный завтрак. Рекомендую и... Обязательно вернусь ещё. Спасибо за Отдых !
Останавливались на неделю в этом отеле.В Венеции бываем почти каждый год.В этом отеле впервые.Понравилось месторасположение-набережная,все рядом,хороший завтрак(правда в выходные было очень много народу,пришлось ждать своей очереди),отличные постельное белье,которое меняли каждый день.Номера оформлены в венецианском стиле.Есть русскоговорящие сотрудники Виталий и Виталина,они очень нам помогли.Спасибо им огромное.
Огорчило единственное-запах канализации в первом номере,который пришлось попросить поменять.Виталий на нашу просьбу сразу отреагировал и нам предоставили другой номер.
Гранд канал.Рядом Сан Марко. Остановка вароретто прямо напротив. Завтрак хороший. Свежевыжатый сок- но выжимать самим надо. wifi работал, но пароль вводить каждый раз.
Это не отель класса люкс... Не сравнивать с даниеле. Но цена отличная и совсем не люксовая.
Рядом с отелем шел ремонт. Персонал зная об этом заселил в номер окнами прямо на ремонт. Шум жуткий! Первое впечатление , что дом рушится!
Пошли жаловаться- предложили переехать в другое здание, не на канале- через дом. Там все ок. Вид из окна на церковь Заккария. Но завтракать надо ходить в основной отель. Сервис во втором здании лучше!
В первом здании стандартные номера срочно! Надо ремонтировать! Жуть! Во втором прилично все
