Hotel staff was actually very nice and made sure to replace any towels or anything I needed in a timely manner and the rooms were actually a good size and the location is in
a very convenient spot

The location is close to The Clark Art Institute and Williamstown but you need a car. There are a few shops across the street. Breakfast was very basic with a waffle maker provided, yogurt, fruit, coffee/tea, etc. Rooms are simple but tidy.
