Hotel staff was actually very nice and made sure to replace any towels or anything I needed in a timely manner and the rooms were actually a good size and the location is in
a very convenient spot
The staff were excellent , very friendly and made us feel welcome.

Staff was very helpful, We had difficulty with the TV and the front desk clerk immediately took care of the problem.
The location is close to The Clark Art Institute and Williamstown but you need a car. There are a few shops across the street. Breakfast was very basic with a waffle maker provided, yogurt, fruit, coffee/tea, etc. Rooms are simple but tidy.
