Location, walk to American Airlines Arena, nice big room

Very clean rooms, great facilities. Parking garage was nice to have on site. Rooms are quiet from outside especially being downtown. What made this property amazing was the front staff. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Extremely friendly. Helped recommend locations nearby for food and leisure, always greeted us with a smile! Will absolutely stay here every time we come to Dallas for events.

Cotton linens, full size refrigerator w/freezer and full size coffee maker in the room. Walking distance to American Airlines Arena. Parking on the same floor as your room! My car was only about 30 yards away.

Fast easy check-in and out. It was located centrally.

Our room was a bit bigger than I expected it. I know its a much older building, but they definitely gave it a modern feel. The bed was beyond comfortable to sleep in. My only gripe was the thinness of the comforter for the bed. Breakfast was just what we needed. There was a lady who was working Saturday morning during breakfast hours who was super friendly, conversational, and overall gave you the right dose of dopamine and serotonin that you needed to start your day. She was super sweet to all the little ones in the the hotel too. Since my husband and I were working the DIFF Dallas Festival that weekend we appreciated how close in proximity our hotel was to everything! We were able to go to Shake Shack, hit the Virgin Hotel for interviews, and get to the Cinepolis Theatre fairly quickly. And for the price we paid it was perfect.
