The concierge is always on top of taking care of everything, from check-in, to bar service and food service. The pool was warm and clean. I love the room setup too, king bed, bath, vanity and closet in one room, lounge, mini bar, study desk, in the other. Room and hallway were clean and organized.

The hotel is very well managed and the staff was outstanding, Erin, Matt, Abigail, and Patrick. They helped us so much, and were always happy and available. Tammy in housekeeping went out of her way to ask if our room was up to standards, and it definitely was.

Very nice room. Friendly staff. We got into town after traveling for 14 hrs on the road, called the hotel at 4am to see if they had an availability since it was easter weekend and by 5 o clock AM we were in a room and in bed. Super quick and efficient. We woke up easter morning to find eggs around the mail lobby and areas - which i thought was really cool and fun of the staff to do for the guest- definitely brought excitement and a little smile to our littles who found one each. We also enjoyed the free breakfast in the mornings. They have a great selection of breakfast options.
