The room was very clean and they allowed us to have our small dog with us. They provided a pet bed for our pet.
Big room, clean, great location, friendly staff. Unfortunately the room we booked was not available when we arrived so the staff gave us an upgrade and waived our onsite parking costs to make it right. We really appreciated this. Great service. We were also pleased with the Disneyland shuttle service. It was simple, easy and priced appropriately.
I enjoyed the room; it was clean and parking was very convenient. The food was great. They have a convenience store downstairs which was helpful.
Great stay, staff, and valet. Appreciated the shuttle to Disney too.
The decor and furnishings of the room and hotel had been updated, although the structure is showing it's age a bit. For the price though, not totally unexpected.
