Bed wasn’t too bad.
- Shower was very poor, even worse after being fixed by handyman.
- Broken lights and power socket in room.
- Dirty looking coffee maker.
- Definitely not a 5 star hotel.
Amazing breakfast and Nice staff. The rooms were air conditioned and cleaned everyday.
The streets around the hotel were a bit dodgy.
The hotel was ok near the train station to the airport and public transportation and the chiness girl who was standing on tour guard desk was good and polity
The rooms re not good waste of money, the people who works receptionists re not professional. I don’t know where did they pack them. They should be working in a military or prison. Especially the lady by the name Alissa that lady has no respect for guest. Day two of staying there I was in my room taking a shower and the hotel phone kept on ringing I couldn’t answer so I went down to the reciption to ask if they re the ones calling the lady by the name of Alissa looked straight into my eyes with angry and said” why would I or we would call you? Why I was in shocked have travelled to more than 25 countries and stays in many hotels this is the first time I was mistreated that way without a respect. Even those people working at the pool are unprofessional.. this is my first and last time to stay at that hotel its was a nightmare
Не стоит своих денег. Отель расположен около вокзала, с одной стороны, плюс, с другой, вокзал со всеми вытекающими. Напротив COOP, это хорошо. Номера странные, очень. Маленькие, вне зависимости от категории (сделали апгрейд, т.к. в стандартном возникали суицидальные мысли ))) Муравьи, первый раз видел муравьев в Европе в пятизвездочном отеле. Не советую, отель на один раз. Из плюсов только ресторан на последнем этаже.
В номере очень жарко. Попросили открыть окна, оказалось, что они не открываются. Тогда хотели включить кондиционер. Увы! Кондиционер работает только на обогрев. Приходилось вставать ночью открывать дверь, чтоб хоть какой-то свежий воздух поступал. Вид из окна был прямо на железнодорожные пути. Снимала номер на четыре ночи, в итоге, на след день съехала , даже не смотря на то, что деньги за остальные три ночи не возвращались. Мало того, сняли депозит с карты за бар при заезде, его так и не вернули, а минибаром не пользовались. Сам отель находится в прямой близости с вокзалом. Много переселенцев, вечером возвращаться страшно. Короче говоря, впечатление очень и очень негативное осталось.
