Location and amenities. Close to restaurants and shops.
Location to cruise port was excellent. Hotel was clean, modern and exceptional. Request for early check in was met and front counter staff was great. I will absolutely stay here again on my next cruise with Virgin Voyages.
Everything!! This for now on will be the only hotel I stay in when in Miami.
Beautiful rooms. Huge lobby. Our ac was not working. We were upgraded to a waterfront room. It was great.
