Information about the type of meals included in the price is indicated in the rate details., All Colombian citizens, regardless of the length of their stay, and all foreigners who stay in the country for at least 60 consecutive days, are required to pay a national sales tax (19%) on their accommodation during their stay. Foreign citizens with a tourist visa are exempt from paying this tax. If the person subject to tax and another person exempt from tax share the same room, the rate may be applied to the entire room.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit via bank wire and a scanned copy of the passport is required to secure your reservation. The hotel will contact you after booking to provide bank wire instructions. The transfer service is not included and carries a supplement of COP 170,000 per person (round trip) plus a mandatory port tax. Guests must report to La Bodeguita Pier at 08:00. The shuttle service from Pirate Island to Cartagena departs from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. For this trip it is recommended to carry hand luggage, since the boats do not have a hold.
