Great location, patio with an ocean view, walking distance to the coconut market place with restaurants, coffee and gift shops.
It was pouring rain on check in day and owner allowed us to check in early. The condo is perfect and everything is well thought of. Right down to night light in the bathroom. Very clean. Well appointed kitchen.
Bed and linens comfy. Beach chairs, lots of towels and swim items. Just an A+ stay for nine days.

Fantastic location overlooking the beach and bike path, access to pool and other facilities, close to Coconut Marketplace, Imua coffee, shops and restaurants, yoga on the beach. The hosts were great to deal with, very clear instructions and responded to questions very promptly. Attention to detail and extras provided to make the stay comfortable. The housekeeper Kimberlee went above and beyond to help us. Many thanks Lupe and Kimberlee!
Location on the beach. Close to many nice restaurants. Kauai is very beautiful and I highly recommend a visit to the island. Islander Resort Oceanfront #149 is a good base for exploring the island.
