This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The damage deposit will be charged for any damage incurred, including, removal/theft of items from the property. A $50 excess cleaning charge will be made where guests leave the room in an excessively untidy state, including failure to wash and put away you own dishes and dispose of your own rubbish.
