Parking, tight but convenient. Great shower. Nice thermostat.
PHENOMENAL view on the balcony! There were a few things that were less than optimal (no ice maker in the fridge, balcony screens torn, couldn’t open the door to the balcony from the master, small water heater, issues with the door key pad), but all were more than made up for by the balcony! We were either on the beach, at the pool, or on the balcony, and had a great week. By the second day, we were planning to return and possibly buy in the area. i think any other balcony would be a disappointment after this!
Also enjoyed the local restaurants (especially Cousins Maine Lobster, Seafood Kitchen, Maple Street Biscuit Company, and Vicious Biscuit).
The covered parking was a nice extra. What a difference that makes when you aren’t getting into a sizzling car!
The location,of course. It was the perfect size for my son and I. Close to restaurants and grocery stores.
