Location, friendly & helpful staff, all amenities for a care-free getaway
Very nice in every way. Excellent caring customer service. The valet service was excellent.
The staff, Alex at Check in provided the Best service. The Bellman that helped me with my luggage to the room was truly amazing and helpful.
Dennis was the nicest ever. We looked forward to seeing him every morning . The service was GREAT & Coffee Delicious I bought Kaui coffee before we left .

Alex absolutely made the best impression of how a GSM should treat its guests. He went above and beyond. He and his staff are some of the friendliest on island. They absolutely excel in service.
