the staff and facilities were amazing, at any time of the day/night. not something you will see in a lot of places. The room was beautiful and the bed was great for sleeping.

Beautiful Mountain View’s, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as perfect as it could be during a world wide system outage. I wished had been more towels in my room and when we asked for more they never delivered them to us. There also was a shortage of pool towels for the hot tub both nights until another guest requested them from the bartender. He had several roles besides tending bar. Overall it was enjoyable, rooms were clean and bed’s were comfortable. I was quite impressed with the ladies at check in desk and how they handled such a difficult situation with guests check in and finding available rooms. They had to run every guest to the rooms with a master key to let them in as the doors were computer operated but no keys to be assigned until outage was resolved

Such a great service! I booked two rooms and called the hotel asking if it could be possible to have the rooms right next to each other and they were super kind and make the arrangements as requested. The room was clean, fresh and modern... in an excelent location.

Dog friendly, big rooms, thoughtful features and attentive staff. Very close to the mountain.
