The staff friendly and helpful. Location is good and safe . 03mins walk to the subway. They even help you to get a taxi if required.. very much happy with the hospitality provided. Would love to stay in the hotel again.

People at the reception are very nice and friendly. The subway station is just a short walk away, same as a few breakfast and other food places. There is also a nice little park with a great view of Manhattan not too far away. The room was just as described. Even though there is supposed to be a deposit that you hand in when you arrive the receptionist told me that was not actually necessary. There is a vending machine with a selection of drinks in the lobby.

Good located, a few blocks away from 5th Avenue/ Hispanic neiighbourhood with great food, park and shops. Subway Station 5min walk. Very friendly staff, very helpful and clean rooms. Great room Service,

Very safe area,good location,close to the subway,restaurants.The room was very clean,the bed very comfortable. The staff was very friendly,helpful and kind,also the cleaning crew,always helpful and kind.
