Great view, lots of easy parking, quiet building, great tide pools, large room. Lots of ceiling fans, clean and tidy space. Did I say great view? It’s kinda amazing. The lanai was a highlight, nothing but ocean view framed by palms, its very private. The unit is on the beach side of Ali Drive and beach facing, no road noise at all. If it’s in your budget and you don’t mind an older building this is a gem. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice and people were using it. Lots of nice beaches and parks close by. Would book again if we are ever back on the Kona coast.
Although over our normal budget, we don't regret the cost at all, as it was an amazing apartment and the balcony and view were amazing...I would stay her over and over again if I traveled to Hawaii often...on a scale of 1-10, 20+
The view!!! The facilities were great. Everyone was so friendly. The location was awesome. Watching surfers was a treat.
It was easy to check in / out, it was clean & close to most things and beach front! Can’t complain.
Ocean front excellent. Large balcony. Room felt very private while out on patio.
