Great location, close to many restaurants and Roma Termini. Stable WiFi, nice bathroom, standard breakfast. That is it.
The staff is mainly rude, especially during the evening. Some guys ran after us upstairs demanding to show the card to the room. That was absolutely impolite, like I was looking like a homeless or thief. If stuff changes the information on new guests should be transferred to the new shift.
Room was old, central heater was missing the switching button and was making very loud noise. So if you wanted to turn it off you should use a wooden stick left on the control box. That is not safe at all.
The time for checkout is 10:30 although the site provides 12:00. Be careful, this information is incorrect and was also a minus point to this accommodation.
Fairly recommend to stay there.
We had at first quite small room with some mold and worse internet connection. But as we requested a new room, we got bigger room, with better internet connection. Really good hotel for this money.

Маленький одноместный номер, но это скорее норма для Рима. И это даже не минус, а скорее данность. Поэтому в следующий раз я взяла 2-х местный номер))).

Добрый день. Мое путешествие было в октябре 2024 года, это было мое второе путешествие в Рим и я второй раз выбрала именно этот отель. Причина моего выбора - месторасположение (близко от ярд вокзала и до самый главных достопримечательностей), вкусные разнообразные завтраки ( кроме традиционного итальянского завтрака (сладкая выпечка) было омлет, яички, мясная нарезка, овощи, сыры, фрукты, оладьи, мюсли….), приятные сотрудники на ресепшен, уборка каждый день, в тч замена туалетных принадлежностей. (Только шампуня не было - берите с собой. Для меня это мелочь - шампунь всегда беру свой…)

к. 338 - с претензией на шик, но обои грязные, туалет и ванная комната очень тесные
