Love the fact that this hotel has a bridge that connects to Ala Moana mall which I only found out on my last day in Hawaii. The restrooms are clean! The hotel lobby is bright and spacious. Love that the fact they have Starbucks on the first floor and a convenient store right next door. The side rooftop has a gorgeous view during sunset. My favorite part about this hotel has to be hotel gym and hotel gyms are not my favorite but this one has the necessities. Everything surrounding Ala Moana is within walking distance. All you need is Ala Moana mall, Don Quixote, and the beach.
Great location near Ala Moana mall and the beach. Walking distance to a lot of food and shopping options.
Location. Pearl Harbor tour pick up site and didn't have to have a multi day stay. Everyone was pleasant + helpful.
The location was easy to get where we needed to go. It was close enough to Wikiki but not too close. We had a lovely view.
The hotel staff went way beyond what they needed to do to help fix the reservation problem.
