The TV in our room was not working so , the staff tried to figured it out while we were aout for our convention , but the could'n , so the manager put us in another beter room , I think her problem solution to this situation was very accerted and exactly as we were spected .
The hotel is a bit worn, but clean, comfortable, and has a great location.
