The location, prices and cleanliness of the property. Staff was very friendly.

The property was exceptionally clean and conveniently located near everything we needed. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Breakfast was great-- clean rooms good facilities--Price inflated for High Point Market travel week-- would have saved $$$$ if staying a week earlier or later--but market pricing--I get it.

This place smell GOOD and it’s CLEAN! The ambience was so serene. The coffee at the coffee station was still pipping hot at 4pm and the lounge area was nice to sit at while having my coffee. The music playlist that was going just matched the vibe so well. Staff were attentive but not bothersome and made sure things stayed neat and in order. The pool water was cold but it was clean and had towels available so not to use the ones from our room. The halls were quiet and the bedding was clean and so comfortable. The icing on the cake for me was the HOT water in the shower. Nothing worse than having a stay away from home and the water runs cold just seconds after stepping in. The water stayed hot throughout and I was able to shower as long as I wanted. Breakfast provided many options and was good and filling. Checkout was seamless and stress free. This was overall a very welcoming and peaceful stay. Thank you for the hospitality.
