Clean rooms, and nice staff everyone was so nice and welcoming.
Customer Service was outstanding!! I accidentally locked my key in the room fairly soon after checking in. They promptly provided another one. Then, the next morning, I rushed out if my room and locked the 2nd key in there. They came up to my room and let me in. I was able to return the 2nd key without being reprimanded for making the same mistake twice.
When checking out, I realized I accidentally left a bag behind which contained my wallet. I was heading upstairs back to the room when a member of the cleaning crew was already walking out to let me know I had left it behind. Owner was very nice and when I spoke to him on the phone about an issue with arrival time, I had car trouble on the way, he was able to hold my room even though I was going to be checking in late as a result. Overall a great experience!
The owners were super nice and made sure that I was okay!
The service was wonderful, staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and safety. The rooms were spotless and clean. All around a great place to stay!
Very clean, friendly staff. Owner went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. Accessible to places I had to go. Very economical.
