Location; however, not beach front for family friendliness. Layout of room was good. Exterior groonds were nice along with store front shoos and restaurants.
Cleanliness of room was terrible upon arrival. There was feces left on toilets, showrs wre dirty with nonshower curtains, kitchen sink had fiod debris in drain, disposal backed up, floor was extremely dirty, couch was filthy! We called management upon arrival and they did send lady to clean; however, we covered couch with sheet just to sit on and kept our shoes or feet would be black. Called second day again and they assured us the manager would be calling! To this day we uave not received call or email. We would have left If regund available but was staying with group. They did not offer to change rooms or make any accomodations with the uncleanliness. The elevators were very slow and not available most of the time. Walk ftom oarking garage to rooms was bery far and difficult to unload due to no carts. Overall, place needs to be cleaned up and updated for the price! Would not reccomend for family 😩 Poor customer service/management.
