As far as beach condos go, this met all of my expectations. We used the two bedrooms and pull-out couch. Basic kitchen items were provided and there were ice trays in the freezer. We enjoyed cooking our own meals and the proximity to the beach. The other guests in the complex were clean and respectful of quiet hours. Our balcony faced the pool, most others faced the street. Parking was easy and convenient. The laundry was not in the unit (as I swear it was advertised on Booking.com), but the laundry room was close by and the machines were fast. There was a child's life jacket there (under 50 lbs), a small 6-can cooler and a beach chair - so that was all nice to have. We also appreciated the book the homeowner put together with tips on the area. They had a lot of kitchen utensils, small appliances (air fryer) and the most knives I've ever seen in one drawer - we may see the Las Palmas on Dateline!
