Ideal for Palace for attending functions. cose to excellent, small local resteraunts . comfortable bed,good size room. bathroom needed a support handle in the shower. The Chandelier was dangerously placed and too low. at times we needed more water ,we asked for more it took 2 days so we had to buy our own. both room and hotel were clean on Sunday evening I had excellent service in the Alcove restaurant from a lady called Aisse. I requested if a dish contained onions,she checked with the chef and instead of risotto he replaced with mash potato. The following evening I requested the same I was told by a male waiter that wasn't possible. I asked him to check with the chef as I had the evening before. I ordered a club sandwich (room service) on the menu list it did not state that onions were included. I have a dietary condition which makes me intolerant to onion. Sometimes the service in the bar area was very slow.
