The staff was very helpful and polite. The details of the room like chargers right next to the bed was excellent.
Rooms were beautifully designed with so many thoughtful touches, clean and comfortable, very quiet at night, excellent shower pressure, and nice bathrobes provided. I appreciated all the little complimentary treats at check-in and in the room, and the breakfast picnic basket with yogurt, fruit, and a pastry was fun. Staff were all very friendly and helpful!
Cozy room, very clean, well decorated, super friendly staff and located in probably the best LA neighborhood there is. Quite and elegant.
Staff is awesome helpinh in everything we need - especially the manager Hector and Mika. Housekeeping service also excellence. Parking included is great in LA - and complimentary breakfast very good. The are is super nice, residential and out of the high traffic/chaotic areas. A little hidden gem.
Loved the breakfast delivered to our room in a picnic basket!
Would definitely stay there again.
