Отель полностью соответствует указанным характеристикам. Особо отмечу расположение - в пешей доступности от Старого города, минут 15-20 неспешной ходьбы, для туриста очень удобно.

В отеле останавливался много раз. Расположение одно из лучших. Рядом трамвайная остановка, главный рынок в трех минутах хотьбы, одна трамвайная остановка до старого города, огромное количество ресторанов, кафе, магазинов, главная пешеходная тусовочная улица. В номере небольшая кухонька с микровэйвом, чайником, электроплиткой и небольшим набором посуды. Всегда чисто. Впечатление звездности зависит от того, какой вам дадут номер. Оплачивая бюджетный вариант, вы с одинаковым успехом можете получить как однокомнатный, так и трехкомнатный номер. В последнем случае это почти пятерка, в других - тройка, но никогда не ниже.

Удобное месторасположение, изобилие магазинов. Отсутствие завтрака- нет необходимости привязываться по времени. Свобода уйти рано -например, на службу. Очень шумит вентиляция, к тому же не регулируется. Осенью не особенно приятно находиться под потоком холодного воздуха.
