They were very nice. They checked us in early. We was staying because our son was having surgery at Vanderbilt Children's hospital It was very clean
Staff was friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable.
The man at the front desk helped me with the Way.com website and helped me with a taxi. When I had a problem with the room he quickly took care of it.
Breakfast was minimal, no hot food . But if your gonna have bagels looks like you would have cream cheese. There was cereal, yogurt, bread, bagels, I didn't see much else, but I may not have seen it all.
The staff was kind and the room was very clean. The lobby was very clean and I was able to get an idea of how breakfast would be set up. The shower was amazing! Hot and great pressure.
