The property had a small, private, heated pool which was lovely. The host did a spectacular job remodeling a delapidated old house into a multi-unit income producer. Photos of the restoration were hung in the room. The host provided several thoughtful touches including bottled water, wine, plastic utensils, paper plates, beach towels, and a charging station for multiple devices. Bed was comfy with soft sheets and plenty of plump pillows. There's a tiny, funky neighborhood bar just a few doors down which added to the charm. Location is walking distance to historic district, hospitals, and colleges.

Great location- walkable to a king and other good restaurants Owner was super helpful and friendly. Love the pool. That was a great surprise!

loved how beautiful behind the house was with trees and the colorful houses behind it and it was so cool to have a spiral staircase up to our room

Rooms were very nice. The bath were nice but got everything wet. Parking was nice.

Charming cozy unit. Owners were great. Short walk to main areas. Bed was comfortable.
