The Host Kim is exceptional I will only stay at luxury inn while in Cheyenne

The ladies who runs the front desk was the sweetest person I've worked with in years at a hotel.

Kim went out of her way to help me. She went out and bought a toilet seat riser for my room because the seat wasn't high enough for me because of my disability. I thought that was above what was promised to me at the booking of the room.

I liked the fact that this is the 3rd time I've stayed here and Peter is so kind and I've stayed in the same room all 3 times. I'll definitely stay here again

I like the people behind the scene. The owner was very friendly and the staff was helpful kept me happy and never once have I ever had anything to complain about. Very nice.
