The area is quiet, public transport is nearby, which was very convenient for us, but not noisy, the house is not on the road, the car was left near the house. There is a park nearby. There is a good cafe with breakfasts nearby. When I booked, I did not pay attention to the fact that the apartment itself for living is below the first floor, but there are small windows. It is 5 steps down. Separate entrance. The accommodation is normal. As I understand it, in the house with the owners on the upper floors. Check-in was quick and good, communication by phone. Clean, warm.

This basement apartment was absolutely perfect for our week in Chicago. We were visiting to see the Cubs play, and it was easy to ride the bus and train to the field. The bed was super comfy, and the kitchen was well appointed for our needs. I absolutely adored the bathroom tile. There was a standing fan for the bedroom, which was a great addition to sleeping. The value was incredible and I'd book this every time I was in Chicago if available.

Not luxury, but clean and comfortable basement apartment.
