I liked how attentive the staff were! They made sure we had a great experience. We came with a car and they made sure we got a free parking space for our 3 day trip! Their kitchen was also fully stocked with condiments which wouldve been perfect if we were staying longer.

I couldn’t have asked for a more convenient place to Mt. Sinai Hospital. It was perfect! The ambiance of the Macaw House is timeless with a welcoming TV area, large dining room and galley kitchen. Everything you could possible need to feel at home.
The place was very clean, location is great. Subway is just few steps away. Area seemed to be nice and safe. Guys who worked and met us there were very friendly
I slept great in the cozy, friendly place that is located perfectly! Upper East Side has it all!
