The apartment was very clean and up to date. Parking was great. The neighborhood is quiet and easy access to stores and bank. The owner is very responsive and will make sure everything is great for your convenience.

The place is nice. Just note that it is a basement apartment. And have like 5 steep steps to go down, so be aware of that if it is hard for you to do stairs. Other than that, the apartment was nice. They have parking on the facility. The apartment is in the back of the home as well.
