Fast and efficient when we needed more water
It was a nice place to stay. The staff were courteous and the rooms clean and calm.
The location was top-notch - 2-5 minute walking distance to the shopping Mecca in Boston -Prudential Center, Copley Square, and of course, Newbury street. If you like, the arts, its also walking distance to the Boston Symphony Hall; a very short train ride away from Museum of Fine Arts of Boston; Walking distance to the Church of St. Cecilia - a beautiful Roman Catholic Church that has been around for more than 130 years.
Mandarin Oriental Staff gets excellent grades for their discretion and highly anticipatory care of the guests.
Centrally located, Flexibility of breakfast menu. Very nice room with an excellent bathroom facilities. The nice touch of fruit and candy.
