Staff- Mgr was instrumental in confirming my reservation also coding an extra key etc.
I loved the comfort ability of it and it was pretty cool that people who stay here can fish in the pond. I also liked that even for how big the hotel the pool was never full so my kids could swim and be safe. The bed was so comfortable but the pillows were way too soft for my liking. The pull out couch was perfect for 2 toddlers!
The shrimp cargot off the menu was phenomenal and worth the money and the large pizzas are definitely large we had so much left after eating.
